In these times of globalisation markets have become international – also for small and medium-sized businesses and start-ups. This means that their internal employee structures have to be equally multicultural. But how can one help highly-qualified managers and skilled workers from the great cities of the world to find their bearings and get settled in the middle of Hesse so that they feel comfortable there in the long run? That’s my job.
